BRIEF:

The design brief for the heritage-listed, former warehouse at 47 George street , the Rocks required a creative design solution for a complex commercial site. 
The client, Bonnie & Neil have a strong online presence and wholesale to small boutiques however they are looking to widen their market reach and engage with their existing and new customers by opening a 
bricks and mortar branded destination.
The client asked that the site provide new commercial office space with a combined hospitality / retail component.
